Julie Klassen has definitely made it to my top favorite authors list over the past couple of years. Her newest book, The Painter’s Daughter, is another instantly likable must-read for anyone who loves inspirational fiction and a good love story.
In Sophie Dupont, I felt a kindred spirit who loved art and life and found redemption in a most unexpected way. And in Captain Stephen Overtree, I found a hero who stood firmly rooted yet faced his own need for redemption and healing.
As their stories intertwined, I was captivated by every page and most definitely recommend this book to my reading friends.
